Roulette translated literally means "small wheel" and is one of the oldest casino games played today. In roulette game the bank pays or collects from each bettor. After all payoffs have been made, the Dealer will announce "Place your bets. " You may place roulette bets on the spin until the Dealer announces "No more bets". You should remember to exchange the colored non-value Roulette chips for valued gaming chips prior to leaving a particular Roulette table.
